HOW TO USE

First, brush your teeth, then place the tray under sunlight or artificial light for 5 minutes to charge it. Next, apply the whitening gel evenly to the inner part of the tray. Place the tray into your mouth, gently bite down, close your lips, and wait for 15 minutes. Afterward, remove the tray and thoroughly rinse both your mouth and the tray with water.
